Welcome — I’m Maria Coutinho-Prior, a qualified Professional Coach, accredited Clifton Strengths Coach, and Learning & Development specialist with over 15 years of experience helping people, teams, and businesses grow, develop, and achieve meaningful results.
After many years working in Learning & Development in London, I made the decision to move to the south coast with my husband and four children in search of a more balanced and fulfilling way of life. Like many of the people I now work with, I knew I had more to give — but I hadn’t yet found the path that truly aligned with my strengths, values, and purpose.
Training as a coach became a turning point. Through that journey, I discovered not only my potential, but also the work that genuinely inspires and energises me. I found a career that plays to my natural strengths and allows me to help others uncover theirs too.
Today, I can confidently say: I found my thing — and I’m passionate about helping others find theirs.
Since 2008, I have worked with organisations, entrepreneurs and individuals to achieve.
I help people and teams identify their strengths, build confidence, and take meaningful action toward their goals.
